Email Deliverability Expert – oDesk
I need an Email Deliverabilty Expert to assist me with various tasks in setting up and monitoring my email marketing campaign. I imagine there to be two phases:1) Setup
2) Ongoing consultation
I have done it all my myself up till now, but now I need an expert to verify what I'm doing and assist me.
The tasks are related to, but not limited to:
1) DKIM
2) SPF
3) Sendgrid integration
4) PHPList
5) Greylisting handling
6) Feedback loops - setting up and handling
7) IP reputation
I have most of this done, but I need and expert to verify and improve. You need to be technically knowledgeable. So for example, you need to know how to set up DKIM keys yourself, how to customize PHPList, etc. In other words, you need to be more of a technical person than a marketing person.

Real Estate Email Marketing and Conversion – 17000+ Emails – oDesk
I would like to undertake a stealth email campaign to a list of over 17000 website registrants. These registrants have all expressed an interest, perhaps up to 5 years ago, in our local real estate market.I would like to send them multiple emails, convert them to a landing page (you create and maintain), and drive renewed interest in this large group of contacts.
I would like you to create the appropriate subject lines, email body content, graphics (including graphics of text and diagrams, etc.) that will drive them to the landing page you create.
I am willing to help in providing the psychology of these prospects, details about our local market, and even provide video or "free report" or whitepaper, if you believe that will increase conversions.
You will provide the entire technical infrastructure.
You will provide detailed analytics including open rates, clickthroughs, and conversion rates. I would like to know the email addresses that clickthrough - I may have phone numbers for those individuals.
This will be an hourly role, and may include a one-time payment for setup and infrastructure, if you require it (partially paid in advance, and the remaining paid after the first email is delivered).
I could see sending three or more emails to each recipient (even more if you recommend it). I would estimate that about half of the email addresses are invalid, and will be eliminated after first attempt.
